Please note that stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of £75 We operate this villa as a private venture and have retained the services of a Florida based management company to ensure that your stay is the best possible, you will be required to pay a security deposit of £200 which is fully refundable with no breakages or damages. Our management company are situated only 5 minutes away on the U.S 27 and can be contacted 24 hours in case of emergency.
