Are you really 10 minutes from Disney? Yes, part of the reason for us purchasing our home was its proximity to Disney, the US 192 and I-4 Do I need to take my hairdryer? No we have 2, if you would like to take your own feel free to do so, but please remember your adaptor and expect the performance to differ from the uk due to the voltage being 110 Are there any facilities at Esprit? Yes, you can find a club house with a community pool, there is also a tennis court and basket ball court. esprit is located at Polo park a prestigious golfing community, for a small fee you can have a round of Golf. there is also a 400 acre lake just minutes walk from the villa if you feel like you want to have a go at fishing. Can you organise a welcome food Package? Yes of course, Just let us know, in fact we can organise fresh flowers and champagne, just let us know in advance. Is there a safe located in the villa? Yes we provide a safe for our guests convenience, it is free for you to use. If we want to book your villa what happens next? We strongly suggest that you call us or email us to make sure the weeks that you require are available, we will hold them fro 7 days in the meantime we will send you a booking form. once you return the booking form and deposit we then confirm your booking. How much deposit is required? we take a non - refundable deposit of £100 per week. when do we pay the remainder of the balance? we as that you send the remainder of the balance together with a security deposit (fully refundable on your return providing no damage has occurred during your stay) 10 weeks prior to your travel dates. We then send you our address details, directions and useful hints and tips. Can the pool be heated? Yes, we recommend the pool to be heated between Sept - April. You may have the pool heated ready to use on your arrival. How much does pool heat cost? £15 per day £100 per week Do we have to provide our own towels? No the villa is equipped as a home from home. if you want to use your own beach towels for the water parks and beaches then we suggest that you bring your own or better still buy them, whilst in Florida. |
